Silvia Clausin is renowned as one of the UK’s leading raw chefs and she is now turning her passion for all things raw into helping and teaching others to learn the magic power of raw cuisine. At Silvia’s Raw Deli School you will learn

· The skills to turn fresh fruit & vegetables into delicious meals
·Ideas of how to use the utensils that are already in your kitchen and new ones to create raw food dishes

Silvia has worked at the prestigious Saf restaurant in London, an award winning Lakeside restaurant in Surrey University. In addition, she has taught at several high-end UK spa retreats and public centres, and has catered for living food events and festivals.
She has completed a Human Nutrition course in the Open University and is currently studying nutrition in the Natural Nutrition College.

Come along at 11am and we’ll show you how to prepare some snacks that you will be tasting in a break afterwards. Then you’ll learn how to prepare different starters, mains and puddings which again you’ll be having during the raw food feast at the end of the session.
