Thanks Regina! :0) Yes, there is a lot that can be done. I always say to people to not be daunted by the lack of expensive equipment. Although it can help and I like my gadgets I started with a stick blender and it worked for a while.

Wow! This looks so good as well as being informative and interesting thanks so much for all your great work and I look forward to reading more and testing them out at home. I found this very inspiring and Im really enjoying making things myself that are healthy and interesting to eat and drink!
