In this video I talk about the book ‘The liver and gall bladder miracle cleanse’ by Andreas Mortiz. I also talk about my experience with the liver cleanses, at the time of recording the video I had done 20, at the time I’m writing this I’ve done 23. The liver and gall bladder cleanse has been a long journey for me, some bits of the process aren’t very pleasant but it isn’t painful either. It’s a detox that requires quite a lot of self-awareness and commitment.
