Raw food is a relatively new concept, so we often get a lot of questions from curious folk. Here are some of the most popular questions, if you have any more feel free to get in touch!

Will I be judged if I come to a workshop/retreat and I admit that I’m a meat eater?

Absolutely not! We encourage people to introduce raw vegan food into their diets, and show them how. We try to the best of our abilities to ensure that they feel welcome and comfortable. People come from all walks of life and for all sort of different reasons and we celebrate that.

Is all raw food good?

We are all different individuals, with different needs and what is great for somebody can be awful for another person. This is why it is important to be aware of the way our body reacts to the different things that we give to it.

Does it have side effects?

Raw food is the most natural food you can eat; however some ingredients might not agree with your body. By being mindful of your body’s response you can learn how to take better care of yourself. We are happy to support you on this.

How long does it take to feel the benefits?

When you include a change in your lifestyle you enter a journey and this journey is different for every person. Some people feel their digestion has improved, their skin looks better and they have lost some weight within weeks. Others see the changes unfolding one after another.

Do I have to go 100% raw vegan to feel the benefits?

You can go as far as you decide and still feel better. People want to learn how to prepare raw food for all sort of reasons. Depending on your reason you will then decide which approach you’d like to take.

Where do you get protein from?

How much variety is possible with raw food?

Raw food can be amazingly creative and can be enjoyed by everyone, from children to barbeque addicts. You can have soups (even warm ones), ice-kreams, cakes, lasanga, great dips, shakes, granola, cookies, pizza and more, much more…
